Accounts Assistant

The Role:

The Accounting Assistant will perform daily accounting tasks that will support our busy Accounts Department.


  • Creating sales invoices
  • Sending out weekly statements
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries
  • Reconciling both customer and supplier accounts
  • Liaising with different departments within the company
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Dealing with daily emails
  • Making sure all systems are all up to date
  • Processing customer payments
  • Helping with out-going payment run
