Flightworx Aviation Ltd was formed in 2008. The founders of the company were previously from different sectors of the aviation industry. Pulling together the experience and cost-conscious manner of operating charter and executive aviation companies meant that the whole ethos of Flightworx Aviation is to provide a cost-effective, responsive, personal flight support solution to our clients.
At Flightworx Aviation, we do not ask our clients to enter into a contract when joining us. We rely on providing an excellent service every time. We know that once you experience our exceptional service levels then you will keep using our services for every trip. At Flightworx Aviation we ensure that every aspect of our company is clear and concise from the introduction, through using our Operations to post flight services such as straight forward and clear charge reconciliation.
Flightworx Aviation is a totally independent company. We are not aligned, affiliated or partnered with anyone in the industry. This means that we have the ability of using any suppliers we wish for elements of your trip, such as handling agents, FBO’s, fuel companies. By remaining independent we can tailor your flight to your requirements and we can also maintain quality providers as well as negotiating better rates which we can then pass onto our clients.
Flightworx Aviation is quite literally a world-wide service provider. We can effectively and efficiently deal with aircraft at any location around the globe with our 24/7 Operations Department based just outside London in the UK. Our Flight Planners and Dispatchers have been hand picked to ensure they have the relevant levels of experience and knowledge and above all have the pro-active attitude in order to assist our clients with any request, however short notice it may be. Average experience levels in the Department currently stand at 17 years within the industry and this is key to our success in delivering our products.
No operator is too large or small for Flightworx Aviation. We deal with every client with the same high level of service irrespective of their aircraft type or number of aircraft in their fleet. Our services relate to any company which operates an aircraft, from the pilot owner who needs our full support through to large commercial airlines who want part assistance in one aspect of their Operations.
