Disruption EDDF arrivals today and strike planned for 22-24 February

Regulation for EDDF arrivals is in force 0400-2300 on 21st February 2012 due to industrial action and different acceptance rates will apply.
All the planned flights will be able to land before 2300 UTC, and will avoid the night curfew.
Night curfew for arrivals: 2300 UTC.
Night curfew for departures: 2200 UTC (please read below)
Departures are not expected to be subject to ATFCM delays, but only to EDDF TWR sequencing tool. Therefore all Aircraft operators should submit EDDF departure FPL's with the most realistic EOBT, checked vs the previous inbound flight (subject to ATFCM delay).
Delays are currently up to 45 minutes.
Also, Apron personnel are continuing their strike from last week on 22-24th February (both days incl.)
There will be a conference today at 1300UTC confirming the last details.
